Now for My Mind-Reading Trick...
If you are going to contact me with a problem with the website, I would like you to do something for me first. Look at the top of your browser. Does it say something like "Blah blah blah spillwire blah blah - Microsoft Internet Explorer?"
If the answer to that question is yes, then I would like you to go to Help -> About.... Does it say "Internet Explorer 7" or "Internet Explorer 6?"
If the answer to that question is also yes, then you should upgrade your browser. It's FREE and painless.
I don't check on IE7/6, as they are long outdated and insecure (not to mention a pain in the @$$ to work with). You can upgrade at the Microsoft site, or you can give Opera (my favorite) or Google Chrome a shot.

You are welcome (nay, encouraged) to submit any of the following:
- Suggestions on how to improve the site
- Any problems you experience with the site
- Usability problems
- Encouragement/criticism
- Legal junk...just ask politely if I am doing something that I legally cannot
